Gamrie Community Gardens
The Story
We are delighted to announce the opening of our new community garden!

Located between Gamrie Parish Churchyard and Free Presbyterian Church, the land has been left mostly untouched for many years and is ready to be used again.
The allotments are perfect for Gardenstown & Crovie residents to grow some extra food and flowers throughout the year, but everyone is welcome! We want to create a space for self-sustainability, where people can access healthy food for themselves and their families.
Our vision is for the allotments to be full of gardeners and for a community space and seating area to be developed. We would also like to host farmers' markets and community gatherings, with a small farm shop on the land.

We are looking for volunteers to join the committee and help manage memberships, fundraisers, community involvement and administration. We are also looking for volunteers to help develop the space, till the soil, build benches, water catchment, and compost. Whatever you think you can contribute, we are grateful!
